You may upload up to 2 designs. Please ensure the file number is showing in your screenshot. You may also request a color match to that design. For example “please match the pink flower”. If you have a specific idea in mind for print/colors, please say so in the notes section.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS or UPS and are insured. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Returns
Returns are only accepted due to sizing issues or manufacture issues. As in my sizing was off, not because you ordered the incorrect size. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of us receiving the item back, if item is in new condition.
